Do you offer virtual therapy sessions?

Our services are primarily offered in person, as we believe healing is most effective in a dedicated wellness space. However, we understand that some situations require flexibility. Please contact us directly – we may be able to offer a virtual option if the conditions are suitable.

How do i get started?

Simply contact us via whatsapp, phone, or our website contact form. We’ll guide you through a short registration process, send you consent forms, and book a pre-counselling session with one of our resident therapists.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

Do i need to pay before my session?

Yes, payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. We’ll send you payment details once your session is scheduled.

How much do sessions cost?

Session fee vary depending on the service and the therapist. We’ll discuss pricing with you during the booking process.

Do you offer packages or discounts?

Yes, we offer package options for clients who wish to book multiple sessions. Please ask our admin team for current rates and availability.

THERAPY RELATED

What happens during the pre-counselling session?

In this initial session, you’ll meet with a resident therapist to discuss your concerns, needs, and therapy goals. Based on this conversation, we’ll either continue with the same therapist or match you with a visiting therapist who fits your schedule and area of need.

How long is each session?

Most sessions last between 50–60 minutes, though this may vary slightly depending on the type of service.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. All sessions are confidential, with the exception of certain legal and ethical limits (such as risk of harm to self or others).

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of the session slot.

Can I choose my therapist?

We do our best to match you with a therapist based on your availability, preferences, and wellness needs. You’re also welcome to request a change if needed.
